I’ve been in the Food and Beverage industry for the past 5 years and gain various forms of experiences from restaurants, to bars and to conceptualising my own Food Kiosk. Since young, I was brought up together with my parents F&B business which has eventually become part of me. I’ve unknowingly gained and nurtured a strong sense of service attitude that had been inculcated in me for the past 22 years of my life. I share a PASSION in the F&B industry and I love every part of it. For the next phrase of life, I would like gain more knowledge to perfect my skills in the F&B industry. I will also like to share what I’ve learnt to any people who are interested in F&B industry. I would hope that one day I will be able to gain more in-depth knowledge from an expert in F&B industry.

I believe in SYSTEMs which will eventually determine the outcome of a business. I believe that with a NEAR-PERFECT SYSTEM, the key operations of the business can be readily set-up, problems of dishonesty will be minimized if not eliminate to zero and the F&B business could operate smoothly without much or even no supervision. You must be wondering why I’m not creating a PERFECT SYSTEM? Reason being, I believe that when the SYSTEM is in place and ready to be executed for operation, the SYSTEM of the business will be influence by the overall market during the period of acceptance by the market. From then on, minor changes will be made to the SYSTEM in order to mould a PERFECT SYSTEM catered specifically for the demands of the business and satisfying the market’s needs.
